Payments
All local cards are supported including but not limited to MasterCard, Visa and Verve cards.
We also accept payment on delivery for certain orders.
We sure do! You may make payment with your Credit/Deit card of choice.
Products with applicable taxes will be listed at the checkout page.
Shipping & Returns
Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days from when your order is processed. We typically deliver Lagos orders within 48 hours.
Yes, you’ll see the delivery options where you can specify delivery date. This isn’t available to personalized orders.
Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 working days from dispatch. This is however subject to customs’ operations in your country.
You receive an email notification once your order is shipped, with a tracking number for following up for shipments if applicable.
Abuja:
Orders are typically delivered within 1 working day from dispatch.

Outside Abuja:
Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days from dispatch.

The period of refund will not exceed 10 working days from receipt of returned goods to us and the accompanying documents, if approval of your application for the return of the goods is granted.
Any orders placed may be amended or cancelled by the customer at no charge, provided that this is done 10 minutes after confirmation.
Please note, for cancellation to be effective, an email should be sent to hello@oledo.ng or a call placed through to 0816 540 3990 or any other customer care line stated on the website.
Any orders that have not been cancelled prior to the expiry of the 10 minutes, the customer would be charged the cancellation fee which is equivalent to the delivery fee.
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for valid orders.
